These carts are enhanced with larger tires that provide better handling and stability on uneven surfaces and can support heavier loads. They also offer easier access due to their increased height and can reach higher speeds. Apart from these modifications, lifted and non-lifted golf carts have similar appearances and driving capabilities. The choice between them depends on your specific needs and preferences.

For Lithium Battery Powered Cars:

1. Preparation for Charging:
   • Park the golf cart in a safe location.
   • Turn the key to the OFF position and remove it from the vehicle to prevent any unintended operation.
2. Initiating the Charge:
   • Find the charger cord that comes with your golf cart.
   • Securely connect the charger cord to the vehicle’s charging receptacle.
   • For safety and as a visual reminder that the cart is charging, we recommend threading the extension cord through the steering wheel.
3. During Charging:
   • Do not operate or drive the golf cart while it is connected to the charger and plugged into the wall.
   • The charging process is complete when the display screen or speedometer shows a 100% charge, and a green light appears on the charger, located under the seat.
4. Post-Charging:
   • First, unplug the power extension cord from the wall outlet, then disconnect the charger cord from the vehicle’s receptacle.
   • Our Lithium-Ion batteries support both partial and full charge cycles, offering flexibility to suit your schedule without compromising on performance.
5. Important Notes:
   • If you need to stop charging before completion, always unplug the charger from the wall outlet before removing the charger cord from the golf cart.
   • Only use the dedicated 15-20 amp wall outlet and the provided extension cord for charging to ensure a proper connection.
   • The distance you can travel on a single charge may vary due to factors like load weight, terrain, temperature, and other environmental conditions.

Yes, Bazen Golf Cars proudly provides delivery services to all Brunswick County beaches and the surrounding areas, making your rental process as convenient as possible. We offer free delivery for all weekly rentals. For shorter rentals lasting 3 to 6 days, a nominal delivery fee of $50 is applied. We request that all reservations be made and requirements fulfilled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure smooth delivery. Although we strive to meet specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact pick-up or delivery times due to the predetermined routes of our delivery trucks. To ensure a seamless end to your rental, please leave the golf cart in the driveway of the delivery address with the keys in the driver’s side dash compartment and ensure both the charger and keys are with the cart. While we aim to accommodate specific time requests, exact pick-up times cannot be guaranteed due to factors like traffic and the volume of deliveries and collections. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund of any unused time.

The minimum rental period for our electric golf carts is three days (72 hours).

To rent a golf cart, please be prepared to provide the following:

• Driver’s License: A copy of a valid driver’s license for you and any additional drivers who will operate the LSV.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age to rent or operate the LSV.
• Automobile Insurance: A copy of your valid automobile insurance details, including the carrier and policy number.
• Payment Method: Your preferred method of payment.
• User Agreement: A signed copy of our golf cart user agreement contract.

These requirements ensure a secure and compliant rental experience.

All our golf carts are street legal and can be driven on any road where the speed limit is 35 mph or lower. Please avoid driving on roads with speed limits exceeding this, as our golf carts are classified as low-speed vehicles and are designed to reach maximum speeds of up to 25 mph only.

Yes! Children under the age of 8 must be seated facing forward, and those requiring a booster or car seat should be properly secured in one. Pets are also welcome to join you on your golf cart ride, provided they are secured and safe during travel.

No, the use of extension cords is not permitted as they pose a fire hazard and do not support the proper charging of your golf cart. Using an extension cord can lead to insufficient charging and may result in the battery fully depleting. Always use the charging equipment provided to ensure safe and effective charging.

If you have rented an electric golf cart, you must have access to an electrical outlet at your accommodation. Please ensure that a standard 110-amp outlet is available and check with your rental property beforehand to confirm. This will allow you to charge your golf cart conveniently during your stay.
